With the advent of economic globalization,the pressure of market competition is growing,many traditional industries have been a greater impact,enterprises in order to seek self-development,while strengthening their technological advantages,and they have also increased the requirements and expectations of human resources management.Performance management is an essential part of human resource management,not only to stimulate the vitality of employees,but also to improve production efficiency.A set of reasonable performance management system plays a very important role in the management of human resources and even the development of the whole enterprise.However,in the enterprise practice,some phenomena of one-sided understanding and irrational performance index design often occur,which will inevitably lead to the performance management can not play its proper role.In view of this,many enterprises are implementing the performance management system needs to be further optimized,this is also the purpose and significance of writing the article.This paper selects the typical case of the traditional aquatic industry-Guangdong Feed Group as the research object,Based on literature review,questionnaire,interview and so on,the group’s performance management system to thoroughly research,the system mainly has the following problem: It is difficult to quantify the performance indicators,the lack of clear evaluation criteria;performance management process is not perfect,there is no performance tracking;the application of evaluation results is not in place etc.Through careful analysis found that the causes of these problems mainly include: human resource management strategy and strategy implementation is not high;practice;staff quality is not enough and so on.In consideration of the actual operation of the group under the premise,this paper optimizes the group’s performance management system from two aspects of performance index system and process.In the performance management theory as a guide,combined with the Yuehai feed group staff performance evaluation of the status quo,analysis of the causes of the problem from different aspects,the design of performance optimization scheme based on KPI.The optimization plan can solve many problems that exist in the staff assessment at present,and have an irreplaceable positive significance for the company to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and improve the company’s operating efficiency.
