Research Of The Impact Of Social Relationship Network On Subgroup Forming Process

Currently most researches on subgroup are focusing on the interior subjects of a group,taking less consideration of the exterior subjects.While social relationship network does a lot effect on the forming process of a subgroup.Every member of a group has his own interior and exterior social relaitionship network,and this social relationship network might have some impact on his opinion upon the other members of the group and his self-orientation,therefore indirectly affect the forming process of a subgroup.Besides,the dynamic change of his social relationship network might have impact on subjects of current subgroup.Finnaly,we proposed points should be concerned in further researches.We fisrt give a review on currunt researches on group diversity,social relationship network and subgroup,and we discussed what effect do dimensions of a group member's social relationship network have on the forming process of a subgroup,taking the company's E-Sales department and flagship store for example according to its actuality.Based on our research,we found that joint properties including three dimensions namely IntensityofResourcing,IntensityofWillingness and IntensityofReputation,and conjunction properties including four dimensions namely IntensityofConjunction,SocialNetworkDiversity,SocialNetworkContinuity,and Intensity of Refreshing,have much effect on groups and members.We came to a conclusion based on inquiry result and discussed how and why the seven dimensions have effect on the forming process of a subgroup,and raised some management tips for the company based on the result.
