The Case Study On Optimization Of Materials Procurement Mode In Oilfield

This thesis analyzes the supply procurement management archives,history,current status and development in the oilfields.It summarized the supply characteristics,purchasing principles,management principles in oilfield enterprise through the study of purchasing,logistics and supply chain theory with author's own industry experience.In the background of China Petroleum promoting centralized purchasing,this thesis studies the China Petroleum centralized procurement institutions,mechanisms and processes.Through the analysis of the oilfield high pressure valves centralized procurement as a case study,it illustrates the advantages and disadvantage,potential scope and achievements of centralized purchasing.Through combination of theoretical research and practical data analysis,it analysis and explores in-depth the benefit,effects,problems,contradictions of centralized purchasing and the causes of the conflicts.In the logistics supply chain management guidance according to oilfield supply procurement,combining the qualitative and quantitative way,it studies centralized procurement scope determination,procurement scheme programming,vendor management,business processes,simplifying and other issues in order to achieve oilfield enterprises supply procurement management optimization.This thesis has practical significance for the management of supply procurement in the oilfield enterprise.
