| With the rapid upgrading of smart phones and the rapid development of mobile Internet,it is more convenient for people to use mobile payment.In addition to the third-party mobile payments such as Alipay,WeChat payments,NFC mobile payments emerged one after another such as Apple Pay,Samsung Pay and Huawei Pay etc.Nowadays,mobile payments have entered into people’s daily life.Compared with the third-party mobile payments,NFC mobile payments were introduced into the mobile payment market a short time ago,and only a small amount of people have been using them.However,users’ intention to use NFC payments is still a problem.Therefore,this study,taking Apple Pay users as the example,intends to study the continuance intention of NFC mobile payment services,and provide reference for mobile payment service suppliers.Based on literature reviews,this dissertation,regarding the integrated technology acceptance and use model(UTAUT)as the external factors,summarizes four factors which include performance expectancy,effort expectancy,social influence and facilitating condition.And then,we summarize five factors which include product involvement,perceived synchronization,perceived control,perceived enjoyment and concentrate,which are regarded as the internal factors based on flow experience.Thus,a model about NFC payment users’ continuance intention is established.Through the questionnaire survey,we collected the empirical data.Firstly,we made descriptive analysis and exploratory factor analysis by SPSS20.0,and obtained three external factors which are named as performance and effort expectancy,social influence and facilitating condition,and two internal factors which are named as perceived synchronization and control,concentrate.Secondly,we made confirmatory factor analysis by AMOS17.0,and obtained one external factor which is named as performance and effort expectancy,and two internal factors which are named as perceived synchronization and control,concentrate.Finally,we modified the initial conceptual model according to the results of confirmatory factor analysis,and further made hypothesis testing by the structural equation model.The results indicate that performance and effort expectancy,perceived synchronization and control,concentrate all have positive effects on NFC mobile payment users’ continuance intention.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for NFC mobile payment service supplier according to the conclusions. |
