ObjectiveMobile payment has become more and more popular in the medical field.HX Hospital has increased the number of online payment platforms for outpatient clinics.This article takes HX Hospital as a case to observe the progress and status quo of internal testing from the beginning to the end of 2018.This paper analyzes the existing problems and influencing factors,giving suggestions to support the development of mobile payment in the hospital.MethodsIn view of the strong representativeness of HX's comprehensive strength and the continuous advancement of mobile payment projects,this study take it as a case while fully consulting the literature.Based on the UTAUT model,two research models of internal and external influencing factors are constructed.Useful data are generated from interviews and questionnaires,that are later analyzed and verified with the help of Excel and spss19.0.Results(1)The Cronbach's a coefficient of the questionnaires for internal and external factors in this study were 0.738 and 0.890,respectively,and the Cronbach's ?coefficients were all greater than 0.65.The KMO values were 0.724 and 0.909,respectively.The cumulative variance interpretation rates were 67.882%and 73.724%,respectively.(2)The survey found that 89.09%of the staff members knew about the mobile payment of the hospital,and 83.64%of the staff were optimistic about the development of mobile payment.There was a significant difference in the willingness to use the staff's job position(P<0.05):the window staff and the finance department staff had lower willingness to use,while the information department staff had higher willingness to use.(3)The survey found that the patients' awareness rate of mobile payment was 73.33%,and the awareness rate was high,and 87.5%of the respondents indicated that they were willing to use mobile payment,but only 56.67%actually used it.The statistical results show that the age,occupation,and type of medical insurance are significantly different in the willingness to use(P<0.05):the younger the age,the stronger the willingness to use mobile payment;the more stable,medically insured,the more willing Use mobile payments.(4)The analysis of internal influence factors shows that performance expectation,Factor contributing have a positive impact on the willingness to use mobile payment.Perceived risk has a negative impact on mobile payment willingness;Effort expectancy and social impact on mobile payment is not obtained verification.(5)The analysis of external influence factors shows that efforts to expect,effort expectancy,brand trust and paying scenarios have a positive impact on the willingness to use mobile payments.Perceived risks have a negative impact on thewillingness to use mobile payments;performance expectations,social impact,and factor conditions on mobile payment is not obtained verification.ConclusionMobile payment is being promoted in the hospital,and the proportion of online payment is gradually increasing.Among the existing three platforms,users prefer to use "APP platform" and "diagnosis code"to complete mobile payment.In the survey,it was found that the staff of different jobs and patients of different ages,occupations,and medical insurance types had significant differences in their willingness to use.And the model of this study shows that there are three positive influencing factors and one negative influencing factor in the internal influencing factors.There are 4 positive influencing factors and 1 negative influencing factors in the external influence factor research.Based on the research results,this paper proposes a comprehensive and comprehensive management system for mobile payment;clarifies the division of responsibility of relevant departments;integrates the information technology strength of the whole hospital;improves the online financial revenue and expenditure mechanism;builds an effective communication bridge between doctors and patients;Policy-oriented countermeasures.
