| Mobile e-commerce and the rapid development of communication technology has created a new type of payment-mobile payments.Mobile payment refers to the user of the product to make payments using a mobile phone behavior.Compared to traditional payment electronic payment,mobile payment without time and space constraints,so get customers.Launch 3G communication services,constantly updated and popularity of smart phones and mobile payment technology industry chain parties layout,making domestic and opened the mobile payment development boom.Since 2012,the global mobile payment market growth rate of over 70 percent for two consecutive years.2014,the number of Chinese mobile phone users for the first time beyond the PC side,and laid a good foundation for the development of mobile payment.According to the relevant data show that in 2015 China mobile payment market will more than 250 billion yuan.The rapid development of mobile payments in the world,but still there are some problems,because it is new payment mode,the user is still not formed habits.How to improve the re-payment of user behavior and improve the continued use of mobile payment users will is the problem of this paper.Articles related behaviors at home and abroad finishing theory(satisfaction theory,technology acceptance theory,perceived risk theory,etc.)based on the literature,based on UTAUT integrated technology acceptance model this model;the impact of mobile payment users make continued use willingness of seven Factor(performance expectancy,effort expect payment situation,social impact,satisfaction and perceived risk);and to study the issues raised ten hypotheses.AMOS20.0 using SPSS 19.0 and data analysis,test hypotheses,and draw conclusions of this paper.Conclusions further analysis,the related inspiration and development strategy. |
