Research On The Supplier Evaluation In Manufacturing Enterprises Under JIT Purchase Mode

In order to meet the market demand for personalized,diversified,some of the manufacturing enterprises who have relatively high demand for punctual g radually adopted the JIT system to replace the traditional production methods o f mass production.Accordingly JIT procurement model is also used to replace the traditional procurement model.As the supplier's service level and service c apacity directly affect the quality of manufacturing products,cost,production c ycle and other indicator.In JIT procurement model,the evaluations of suppliers in the process of selection therefore become essential.This study was mainly to solve evaluation of manufacturing supplier in JI T purchasing mode.By studying the evaluation method of manufacturing supplie r in JIT procurement mode,we found the optimal supplier under the method.According to the actual needs of manufacturing enterprises,the supplier evaluat ion methods herein selected the supplier delivery capacity,quality,price,enterp rise development capability,enterprise production and development capabilities,information capacity of 6 primary indicators and 21 secondary indicators.In ord er to better select the supplier in JIT mode,the manufacturing company underto ok two evaluations of the supplier.They are the weight of each index in the e valuation index system and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to assess the sc ope of the study This makes the evaluation more scientific.In this paper,we took FC company T component suppliers as an example under the JIT procurement model for empirical research.Firstly,we determine d the weight of each index in the evaluation index system by analytic hierarch y process.Secondly we used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to assess the scope of the study included within the FC's T suppliers' current overall capacit y to decide which suppliers are included in the scope of procurement.Through the evaluation of FC's T component suppliers,it reflects the innovation and p ractical application of the supplier evaluation methods adopted in this paper,w hich provided new ideas for supplier evaluation and selection of relevant manu facturing enterprises.
