As the human resources management becoming more and more important in business operation,performance management of human resources has currently become a hot issue in the management of human resources.The time of Chinese enterprises to introduce and study human resource performance management from the western is still short,how to integrate the experience into the management of Chinese enterprises is still far from maturation.In a developing country like China with profound and unique cultural traditions,Chinese enterprises are facing more difficult tasks in localizing and adopting the western models in human resource performance management.After establishing a series of detailed goals of performance,many Chinese enterprises eventually didn't reach the expected goals due to many problems existing in management of performance.As China's economic development into the new normal and the intensification of market competition,to study the performance management in Chinese enterprises,and to seek solutions for the enterprises in predicament of performance management will have important practical significance.This paper begins with a brief review of human resource performance management at home and abroad,and then starts from the basic concepts and common methods of performance management to study the performance management of human resource in H enterprise.By using questionnaires to survey the managers and employees of various departments of the H enterprise and by comprehensively use systematical analysis to obtain the information about personnel structure,the current situation of performance management and the problems of performance management in H enterprise,thoroughly investigated the causes deep behind the problems,based on these and combined with three kinds of performance appraisal methods and theory,namely BSC,KPI and MBO,put forward the improvement strategies which should be relative with the above problems,in order to ensure that H enterprise develops forward orderly and achieve the strategic goal of development.
