Human resource performance management is extremely important in enterprise management,and effective performance management can promote the realization of enterprise strategic goals.Z corporation is a wisdom city construction company,in the performance management of human resource have units of project characteristics,at present,countries in order to realize intelligent,digital China,carried out a series of policy of development of new industries and create wisdom city,put forward the importance of urban wisdom,this will represent the Z company in the construction of wisdom city project should have a higher level of human resource performance management.In recent years,researches on the application of HRM in traditional projects have been very extensive,but relevant researches in smart city projects are still lacking.Therefore,this topic is studied in combination with the characteristics of Z company's smart city project construction.At first,this paper studies and analyzes the performance management of human resources and wisdom city project related theory,combined with the Z company background and current situation of human resource performance management found in Z company human resources performance management performance evaluation index process is too subjective,such problems as incomplete,led to lower performance management,thus put forward for the construction of the performance evaluation system;Then the four dimensions of BSC are used to analyze the index and the weight of index is determined by ahp.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to design the process of performance evaluation.The unreasonable performance evaluation system of Z company was solved through the construction of human resource performance evaluation system,and the human resource performance management level of Z company was improved through the reasonable application of performance evaluation results.
