| In recent years,with the rapid development of China's capital market,the size of listed transportation companies also showed rapid expansion of the trend,which provides a good financing channel for the transportation enterprises.It not only improve the competitive ability of the transportation enterprises,but also makes the prospects for the development of transportation industry more open.At the same time,the performance of listed transportation companies are concerned by managers and investors for the reason that performance indicators of listed companies are not only to measure and guide the management,but also an important proof for investment.Therefore,it is very important to evaluate the performance of the listed transportation companies objectively,comprehensively and scientifically.In order to research the performance of listed transportation companies,this article selects 62 listed transportation companies as a mainly research object and analysis the 2014-2016 annual financial data with SPSS statistical software.Firstly,preliminary screening financial performance indicators with R-type clustering analysis and correlation analysis,then,using clustering analysis and factor analysis to construct the performance evaluation system to get the comprehensive evaluation and rank of Chinese listed transportation company's performance.According the result of empirical analysis,we can evaluate company's profitability,solvency,development ability and operation ability effectively,as well as measure the comprehensive management level in the transportation industry.This paper also research the sub industry of transportation and puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance of listed transportation companies,which can be used as important credentials for investment.Through comprehensive analysis,this article aims at solve the problems existing in the sub sectors of the transportation industry and puts forward some corresponding solutions. |
