As the excellent leader of manyfirms,the listed companies often serves as a bellwether industry for business, so itsbenefits not only are key to their own survival and development, even on the capitalmarket and industrial structure will also have an external effect. Thus, establishing aset of scientific theory and method of performance evaluation of listed companies notonly provides a valuable business development for entrepreneurs, but also canprovides the appropriate reference for the government departments and China’s capitalmarket.Due to the economic, cultural and other aspects backwardness in Yunnan locatedin China’s Southwest, the number of listed company is small. At the end of September2013, there are28listed companies in Yunnan province, and three of them are dealtwith "delisting alert". Green Earth in March2014has been successfully resumedtrading, yet the enterprise operate just so so. In addition, Most of listed companies inYunnan are in non-ferrous metals industries, and relied heavily on local privateresources to address national support service industries, new industries and otherindustries involved in less. Compared to the coastal strip, small number anddevelopment scale of listed companies in Yunnan put a brake on development ofeconomic. Analyzing the listed enterprise performance in Yunnan not only can help itfound related problem, also can help other managers to conduct well and promoteeconomic growth. Particularly bridgehead strategy in Yunnan Province issued by theNDRC in January2013, opportunities and challenges exist side by side, going outstrategy will be a important path of development which Yunnan province must takeit into account and practice more in the coming time The paper is based on both at home and abroad of enterprise performanceevaluation theory.and all data were processed by SPSS20.0statistics software, andfactor analysis law and Q type system poly class law are used to analysis profitcapacity, shareholders profit capacity, operating capacity, claims debt capacity,development capacity and risk level six aspects of18indicators on27home Yunnanprovince listed company performance, Provide some reference for enterpriseoperators, Governments, investors, and other executives. Finally, to summarize theentire empirical process, problems found during the research recommendations aregiven, and the deficiencies in the present study are presented.
