Enterprise group is a kind of special organization between the market and enterprise,which plays an important role in the emerging market economy because it adapts the development of modern productive forces and the requirement of marketing economy.With the development of enterprise groups,enterprises gradually show a "set rather than the group" signs,and the traditional means of control can not solve these effective problems effectively.Therefore,the importance of cultural control is reflected.At present,in the academic and business areas,cultural control research has been taken seriously.In the theoretical circle,a series of studies on group culture control mainly focus on the connotation and function of group culture control,the mode of culture control,the influence factors of cultural control,and so on.There are few systematic implementation methods for cultural control of parent company called Applied Research.In order to avoid the parent and subsidiary companies in the implementation of many ways to choose.Based on the research of related scholars at home and abroad,this paper seeks the internal connection of the implementation method through logical analysis,summarizes and classifies the implementation methods of the parent company culture control,abstracts the demonstration effect of the group leader,the subsidiary manager The role of role models,the role of role models,the choice of new members,the establishment of cultural management departments and full-time staff,the guiding role of code of conduct,performance evaluation,media communication,story communication and training of these 10 cultural control implementation methods.And through the empirical analysis of five representative enterprise groups,7 kinds of specific implementation methods were obtained.And to analyze the effectiveness of different cultural control methods to improve the cultural acceptance of employee groups.It is expected to provide decision-making reference for the majority of enterprise groups to choose specific cultural control implementation methods to help the enterprise group to grasp the focus of cultural control.But also contribute to the theoretical innovation in the field of cultural control research and the development of the control and practice of parent and subsidiary companies.
