To meet the scale demand of self-enlargement, more and more multinational corporations adopt the parent-subsidiary management pattern in China nowadays. How to effectively design the system, pattern as well as the corresponding device of the parent-subsidiary management control has become an important issue for the managers of the multinational corporations.This writing is concerned with the actual situation in which the writer is dealing with the parent-subsidiary human resources management in Calsonic Kansei China Holding Company. Based on the analysis of theoretical research on the parent-subsidiary human resources management control overseas and domestic, it discusses and summarizes different devices of the parent-subsidiary human resources management control. This investigation, therefore, points out that, according to the way of classification, theoretical models such as designation control, training control, administration control, culture control, efficiency control and payment control could be taken into consideration in the parent-subsidiary human resources management control. Meanwhile, this research proposes the flexibility of these models of parent-subsidiary human resources management control in Calsonic Kansei China holding company.Through the research way of case-analysis and theory-practice connection, this writing has had its feet firmly planted at the practice so as to hope give reference to those enterprises who adopt the same management pattern.
