The Research On The Parent-subsidiary Company’s Management And Control Mode Of Daqing Petrochemical Company

Daqing petrochemical company is a regional branch of the China National PetroleumCorporation. Also, it is a large petrochemical joint ventures with a number of businessoperations and is an important oil refining, chemical production and research base in China.Now, Daqing petrochemical company is in its important period of development. The complexinternal and external environment in the company’s industry is challenging Daqingpetrochemical company’s parent-subsidiary control mode. To choose a effective and suitablecontrol mode for Daqing petrochemical company has great important significance for thecompany’s strategic objectives. Therefore, this passage will base on the reviewing of relatedtheories about parent-subsidiary control mode. Then, with the use of empirical methods, thispassage will analyze the current situation of parent-subsidiary control mode in Daqingpetrochemical company. Finally, this passage will explore how to optimize the existingparent-subsidiary control mode in Daqing petrochemical company.First, we will describe the background and significance of the research, the contents of theresearch, the research methods and will review the parent-subsidiary control mode theory toform the theoretical basis of the parent-subsidiary control mode in this paper.
