Research On The Evaluation Method Of Investment Income Of Jiangsu Unicom Broadband Construction Project

With the development of mobile broadband internet,there are a lot of differences in enterprise management environment from before.Enterprise should treat the uncertain risk and so on.Meanwhile,the valuation method of enterprise investment decision contains many good methods and those methods are normally used to valuate controllable and low risk project investment.However,these methods are not very suitable to evaluate telecom project which normally have the features of high investments and uncertain profits.The market of China's telecommunications industry is relatively late,the telecommunications market is in a closed state for a long time,and the methods used in the analysis of the investment benefit are come.Considering those institutional factors,investment ideas is a very important reason.In this paper,through the introduction of the "real option" method,with the help of new management ideas,development operators and decision makers' ideas.Comparing to traditional project evaluation method,a new method is proposed.In this paper,the first part shows background,research purpose and significance,the second part discusses the related principle,methods and evaluation of the investment project is analyzed and compared by analyzing the characteristics of telecom project,analyzes the characteristics of telecom project options,and based on the real option theory,discusses the telecom project option pricing model and,to analyze and compare the pricing model,especially the B-S pricing model,which is good decision-making tool for corresponding analysis.Are analyzed in this paper,a broadband telecommunications project evaluation,a model was developed for the specific telecommunications project,for the same proect evaluation using different evaluation methods,according to the specific calculation model,obtained the result of quantitative analysis,and the results were compared,and hope to find out the different method of comparison and seek new attempt for telecommunication project evaluation.
