Staff turnover is the daily work of human resource managers to face a common event,the high rate of employee turnover,often make managers headache.This situation is particularly reflected in the production of the main elements of the people of the industry,whether it is low-end labor-intensive industries or high-end knowledge intensive industries.In this paper,the call center is the representative of labor-intensive industries,but also in recent years,many of the less developed areas of the service outsourcing industry representatives.With the call center in China,the relevant enterprises in the realization of the growth of the scale is also seeking to improve the management level,the loss rate is one of the key control.The problem of employee turnover is a problem which is based on the perspective of enterprise,and its essence is a systemic problem,which relates to many aspects of enterprise management.Firstly,this paper reviews the concept,theory and model of employee turnover,and finds out the part which is suitable for the research of target enterprise.After that,the status quo of the target enterprise is clarified and extracted,and the human resource situation behind the rapid development is focused on.Then through to the questionnaire survey and interviews,analyzed the causes of the nine aspects of employee turnover:employee promotion channel blocked tube;amplitude caused by excessive management failure;work pressure;balance work and other aspects of the distribution of resources;uncertainty;interference of external peer compensation causes the staff attitude change from the external environment;stereotype;side effects of excessive sales oriented;team cooperation and sharing obstacles.Finally through the analysis summarizes the key reasons which lead to high rate of employee turnover,namely the organization position system deficiencies,the negative impact of job characteristics,salary system is not perfect and lack of enterprise culture in four aspects.Based on the above four reasons,this paper subsequently proposed a person to change some countermeasures and suggestions on these aspects,namely building perfect organization job system,through a variety of methods to exclude the negative impact of job characteristics,improve the construction of compensation system and establishing enterprise culture promotion mechanism.Through the study of enterprise theory and practice,believe that we can from the high turnover rate is the call center industry the common problems of employees a perspective to have a more intuitive understanding,and lay the foundation for further research.
