With the development of Internet and electronic communication technology,the call center industry has been rapid development,as a labor-intensive industry,after 90 has gradually become the industry's main practitioners.Since 90 after the staff and the generation of employees have obvious different growth environment,after 90 employees on some of the personality characteristics and behavior habits and generation among employees may has some particularity,therefore how to select the suitable for call center staff,an enterprise should use what kind of way to cultivate and inspire them,to improve the employees satisfaction and commitment to the organization,let them play to their potential in the job,for the enterprise to bring the stable development of call center and enterprise benefit,is the call center industry continue to discuss and study the important issues.This article in the paper,on the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature,from the perspective of their work,the work values and call center personnel are discussed the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment.In the process of research,this paper on the work values,job satisfaction and organizational commitment theory to comb,and then establish work values,job satisfaction and organizational commitment among theoretical model.Through the questionnaire survey analysis of the call center staff,using SPASS19.0 software to collect data from 258 valid samples for processing,do sample description statistics,correlation and regression analysis,and through the model to verify the relationship between the three.The empirical results indicate that: after 90 employees in the work to realize self-worth,social value and organizational security is very seriously,after the enterprise in the management of 90 staff in the process of how to help employees to realize self value is an important topic;Work values and job satisfaction and organizational commitment are positively correlated;There is also a positive correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment.Job satisfaction plays an intermediary role between work values and organizational commitment.Based on the results of this study,combining with the status quo of call center,some feasible management Suggestions are given to improve employee satisfaction and organizational commitment.
