Research Of HLD Bank's Internal Audit Environment

Internal audit of the bank risk prevention and healthy development has the vital role,and internal audit environment and the influence of the internal audit function to play.Especially in recent years, the banking industry developed rapidly, but its internal audit environment construction cannot keep up with the steps of bank scale, cause now many times bank internal audit should play the role of restricted by its environment. In this context, this article selects the HLD Banks as the research object, on the basis of related research and literature at home and abroad, using the method of literature study method,chart analysis method and so on related, specification of HLD bank internal audit environment, artificial environment and cultural environment, management environment and the problems existing in the study, and analyze the deep reason. To draw some Suggestions and countermeasures for the internal audit environment, the improvement of the internal audit environment, realize the HLD bank to promote healthy development of internal audit.In this paper, a total of five parts, each part of the main contents are as follows:The first part: introduction to the theory of related.
