| Since the reform and opening up,farmers’ income of China has experienced three stages:rapid growth,slowly growth and rapid growth.After the househould contract responsibility system established and improved from 1978 to 1984,the income of farmers’ in our country show the first rapid growth;and after 2004,in order to draw attention to the “three dimensional rural issues”the party has issued several documents,so the farmer’s income improved rapidly again.In other time the income grew slowly.Agriculture,countryside and farmers,these “three dimensional rural issues ” has been a concern of our government.And the best way to keep our economy develops healthly is to improve farmers’ income.So to solve the problemof farmers’ income growth slowly is an important means to realize the rapid development of rural economy.Under this background,through the study of the five stages of Chinese farmers’ income fluctuation,we try to find the core factors affecting farmers’ income problem,that are institutional changes,technology and scale management.Finally according to these factors we find recommendations to solve these problems.This paper is mainly composed of six parts: first of all,mainly introduced the research background and the meaning of the research.And by concluding the articals from abraod,this papers introduced the relationship between institution changes,technology,scale management and farmers’ income.The second part is the theoretical basis and related concepts.We defines the concepts of the farmer’ income and the scale management.Simultaneously explaing the theory of relationship between institutional change,technological progress,scale management and farmers’ income.Analysing the relationship between institutional change,technological progress,scale management and farmers’ income by establishing a theorical model;The third part analyzes the evolution of institutional change,technological progress,scale management and farmers’ income after reform and opening up.We analyze the features of these three factors in different periods and understand the ways how they changed.In the forth part,the paper respectively compared the changes of farmers’ income and institutional change,technological progress,scale management to find how these different factors affect the level of farmers’ income and how these three factors cooperate together topromote the growth of famers’ income.By contrasting the variationof famers’ income and institutional change,technological progress,scale management,we find how these factors influence the famers’ income.The fifth part use the data such as farmers’ per capita income lever,fiscal expenditure from 1978 to 2015 by using cintegration teset Granger causality test and VAR model to valuate the influence of the scale of the management,institutional change and technological progress.The sixth part use the analysis and the conclusions of empirical test ofthe first five part to offer suggestions to promote the growth of farmers’ income in China. |
