Research On The Agri-organizational Institution Innovations Based On The Technological Progress

Since the reform and open-up, china's agriculture has succeeded in achieving growth steadily, through conquering the bottleneck of the development. During this process, agricultural technology played an important role. If we want to promote the growth of the agriculture and the enhancement of peasant s'income, we should mend the progress of the agricultural technology's pace. Agro-organizational Institution Innovations and technological Progress interact with each other. Thus it is a realistic choice to speed up the agro-organizational institution innovations, which accommodate to agricultural technological progress. In the background, the thesis advances the proposition of"the agro-organizational Institution Innovations based on the technological Progress", and decides to work on it.The thesis has six parts. The first part introduces the choice of the proposition's background, aim and meaning, and the status quo of the research, points out the thesis'scheme and technical route. The second part defines some interrelated conceptions, discusses the interrelated theory basis. It also researches the agro-organizational institution innovations based on the technological progress. All these lay a foundation on the thesis. The third part is one of the important parts in this thesis. Firstly, we analyze the indispensability of the application of the technology that harvests cotton by cotton-picker. Secondly we discuss the feasibility. Thirdly, we discuss the problems existing in the progress of the promoting & applying of the technology. In the fourth part, we analyze the indispensability of the innovation of XPCC'farms and the mechanism of the innovation which is induced by the technology application, then we enhance a basal project of the organizational institution of XPCC'farms. In the fifth part, we put forward some suggestions on how to innovating the organizational institution of XPCC'farms. In the sixth part, we summarize the thesis'achievement and shortage, as well as its potential innovation point; anticipate what we should study further in future. In a word, by the research and analysis, the thesis opens out the background, meaning, and framework and so on of the XPCC'cotton producing organizational institution innovations based on the cotton-picking technological progress; and constructs an integrated theory system.We can gain these conclusions by the study:(1) The technology of harvesting cotton by cotton-picker is not only suitable in technical, but also has remarkable economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit. Though there are some difficulties to apply it, the popularization and application of this technology is overwhelming. (2) The existing cotton producing organization restricts the popularization and application of this technology and the technology induces the organization to innovate from five aspects. We think it necessary to innovate in the organization of XPCC'farms. (3) The orientation of the innovation is: a kind of producing organization that can conquer the restriction to the technology, expand the management scale and highlight people's positivity; a kind of management organization that can conquer the restriction to the people's investing positivity and safeguard their benefits; a kind function model that can give attention to every interest body and harmonize their behaviors. (4) The effective realization of the innovation of the institution of XPCC'farms cannot be without the improvement of the market and institution environment that the farms are in. in this progress, XPCC should fully adopt macro controls, reduce the government's administration interference, in order not to twist the institution innovations.
