Study On The Selection And Cultivation Of Multiple Growth Poles In Shaanxi

The theory of growth pole was proposed by French economist Peru in 1950 s,As a kind of unbalanced development theory,it was widely concerned by regional economist,and achieved good results in the economic practice.The main idea of the theory is selecting the advantages of the region and the industry as a growth pole to cultivation and support,And promote the development of the surrounding areas through the diffusion effect of the growth pole,and ultimately improve the overall level of development of the regional economy.The economic of Shaanxi Province was developed rapidly since the reform and opening up,but there are huge economic difference,and the difference of the trend is growing.The main factors causing the huge economic gap Let the gap continue to expand will cause a series of social problems.How to choose the right development model to promote the sustained and healthy economic development of Shaanxi province has become the focus of scholars.In this paper,through the empirical analysis of the economic development pattern of the three regions in Shaanxi Province,to compared the development advantages of the Northern Shaanxi,Guanzhong and southern Shaanxi,and found the reasons of the differences of their development patterns.The three provinces in Shaanxi have different natural endowments and advantages.The economic development model in Guanzhong Area is not applicable to Other regions.The single growth pole cannot effectively promote the overall economic development of Shaanxi Province,but must adopt the mode of multi polar growth.Through the establishment of comprehensive evaluation index system,and the use of factor model of eleven cities(region)in Shaanxi province of the overall strength of the classification.And establish regional growth pole.By establishing the index system of industrial growth pole and principal component analysis to establish industrial growth pole.This paper puts forward to construct a multi polar growth model with Xi'an and Xianyang as the core.It also puts forward that we should cultivate the new industrial growth pole of logistics industry,automobile manufacturing industry,tobacco manufacturing industry,tea industry and so on,to promote the development of regional economy in Shaanxi Province...
