Research On Fresh Agricultural Products Supply Chain Coordination Based On The Option Contract With Farmer-Supermarket Direct Supply

In recent years,the development situation of fresh agricultural productsis not optimistic in our country,and it always appears the situation of out ofstock or unsalable.This is mainly because the unbalance between supply anddemand,the interests conflict between suppliers and retailers,and theproducts' characters,for example easy to rot or difficult to save.In order tosolve the above problems,ensure the high quality of fresh agriculturalproducts and avoid damaging the interests of farmers and consumers,it isparticularly important to have an efficient and coordinating fresh agriculturalproducts supply chain.In addition,due to the fresh agricultural products isabundant now,supply chains are no longer competing viciously,and theystart to cooperate to promote their own interests and coordinate the interestsof the fresh agricultural products supply chain.And now,thefarmer-supermarket direct supply chain has been actively promoted in China,and this mode can effectively reduce the middle circulation and the cost ofthe fresh agricultural products.One of the most typical patterns is thesupermarket&farmers(farmers cooperatives)model that dominated by bigsupermarket chains.Therefore,this paper makes this model as the researchobject,coordinates the interests of the fresh agricultural products supplychain parties based on option contract respectively from two aspects,whichare the fresh agricultural products supply chain and the fresh agriculturalproducts supply chain-chain,and in this way to maximize the whole supplychain profit.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic fresh agricultural products supplychain coordination.Secondly,on this basis,this paper establishes freshagricultural products supply chain coordination model based on optioncontract,and draws the conclusion that the option contract can improve thewhole profits and coordinate the fresh agricultural products supply chainbetter.Finally,On the basis of the fresh agricultural products supply chaincoordination model based on the option contract,considering crossing chain supplying is introduced into the model,establishing the fresh agricultural products supply chain-chain coordination model and finding its function in increasing supply chain profits.This paper uses MATLAB software to analysis the example to prove above conclusions and discuss the variation tendency of the quantity of fresh agricultural products,the quantity of options,the expectation profit of farmers(farmers cooperatives),the expectation profit of supermarket,and the expectation profit of the whole fresh agricultural products supply chain for different option price and option strike price.It is concluded that if the option price and option strike price are reasonable,the expectation profit of the whole fresh agricultural products supply chain can be maximized.
