The global finacial crisis is continuous development and the general downturn in the global economy in recent years,the living environment of enterprises in our country is getting worse and worse,and the rapid development of technology makes the survival of some enterprises more difficult.For the biological pharmaceutical enterprises in China,we must face the competition pressure of the international and domestic enterprises at the same time.How to gain a foothold in the competitive environment and gain its own competitive advantage is a hot issue in the management of Chinese scholars and bio pharmaceutical companies.In the final analysis enterprise competition is the competition of talent,and the core staff is often master the core technology of biological pharmaceutical enterprises,is the basic factor in the competition environment of the biological pharmaceutical enterprises.Therefore,if the bio pharmaceutical want to better survival and development,it must pay attention to the core staffs salary incentive.This paper selects the core staff of bio pharmaceutical enterprises as the research object,analyzes the problems and causes of the core staff salary incentive.Through literature review and field interviews,in the same time use the empirical research methods,summarized the core staff salary incentive elements and factors affecting the core staff salary incentive effect.This article altogether includes five parts:the first part:introduction.In the first part,the paper mainly discusses the research background and significance,research ideas and research methods,and discusses the innovation of this paper.The second part is the related theoretical basis and literature review.This part first discusses the theoretical basis of this paper,followed by the relevant literature at home and abroad to sort out,and the relevant concepts of this paper are defined.The third part:the present situation of the salary incentive of the core staff of the pharmaceutical enterprises.The development trend and the general situation of biopharmaceutical industry in China are expounded.The current situation and reasons of core staff turnover in bio pharmaceutical enterprises were analyzed.The fourth part:the empirical analysis of the core staff salary incentive in the biological pharmaceutical enterprise.An empirical analysis of salary satisfaction and turnover intention of core employees in bio pharmaceutical enterprises.The fifth part:improving the core staff salary incentive Countermeasures of bio pharmaceutical enterprises.This part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to perfect the salary incentive of the core staff of the biological pharmaceutical enterprises through three aspects.As the core employees have their own unique needs compared to the general staff,so to effectively motivate the core staff,retain the core staff,it is necessary to effectively play and inspire their potential.Enterprises have realized the importance of core staff and particularity,understand all aspects of their needs,and for the salaries of employees,will realize the value in combination with enterprise value realization,development in order to achieve better bio pharmaceutical enterprises.
