According to the IMS (a authority medicine consulting institution) forecast, the overall size of Chinese pharmaceutical industry is expected to get into the ranks of the world's top three in2012, China will become the world's second largest pharmaceutical market in2015. Calculated in accordance with the compound annual growth rate of20%, the overall size of Chinese pharmaceutical market will be the same as the current market size of United States in10-15years. In research of development course of world pharmaceutical industry and growth experience of international mainstream pharmaceutical enterprises, we found that innovation and mergers are the main driving forces for that, and the mergers has become increasingly prominent and effective.In the pharmaceutical enterprises mergers and acquisitions, the integration of resources includes not only tangible resources integration, also includes the intangible resources integration, and human resources integration has been the key factor in mergers and acquisition of the enterprises.The integration of human resource includes both institutional level and ideological level. There should be accurate and applicable principles and strategies for making strategic planning and concrete program in the integration of Mergers and acquisitions, that is critical to the success of integration of human resources.This thesis analyzed the reasons of the main problems(e.g. core personnel erosion, poor communication, high cost of personnel integration, enterprise culture conflicts, etc.) in the integration of human resources in the M&A of pharmaceutical enterprises based on the history and present situation of Chinese pharmaceutical industry by the theory of enterprise M&A, organizational behavior and human resources management, and other disciplines principles and methods, then proposed the principles and strategies of human resources integration in M&A. On this basis, combined with the practices in the M&A of JOINCARE pharmaceutical company, this thesis concludes a series of specific integration programs, measures and suggestions. It provides some references for the relevant departments.
