Study On The Development Of Modern Agricultural Demonstration Garden In Zhongshan City

Our country is a developing country which treat the agriculture as the foundation.Since the reform and opening up,the agricultural economy has been developing rapidly.The investment of agricultural and technology research has been increasing.But,because of the restriction of the original economic system mode,the agricultural production still has the problems of low industrialization degree,low technology coverage and low productivity.To solve China’s agricultural development dilemma,the central government has been taken the "Three Rural Issues" in the "document".and clearly through the material conditions of advanced to equipment agriculture,rebuilding agriculture with modern scientific technology,promoting agriculture with modern industrial system,promote agriculture with modern management form,leading agriculture with the development of modern philosophy for the training of new farmers for agricultural development,To pointed out the direction for the development of modern agriculture.In terms of Zhongshan City,which,in recent years,seriously implement the central and Guangdong Province on strengthening the "Three Rural Issues" work of a series of principles and policies,and vigorously develop modern agricultural demonstration park.By using the advanced resource and the formation of superior natural conditions and the characteristics of the economic development of garden industry advantage,strive to improve the quality of service economy,strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure and leading enterprises,so that the level of agricultural industrialization area steadily,agricultural industry and the steady development of the rural economy.However,there are still many problems and shortcomings in the development of modern agricultural demonstration garden in Zhongshan,such as the low level of agricultural industrialization,short industrial chain,slow comprehensive benefits and so on.Under this background,this paper based on the development status of agricultural demonstration park in Zhongshan,the in-depth analysis based on the development of modern agricultural park in Zhongshan City,research the countermeasure to promote the overall development of modern agriculture in Zhongshan City,and provide the reference for the development of the demonstrationarea.For a comprehensive understanding of Zhongshan modern agricultural industrial park construction,based on the development of agriculture in Zhongshan city overall research and understanding,refer to previous research results,constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system of modern agricultural industrial park.Then in Zhongshan City,the 5 typical modern agricultural demonstration park was evaluated.The results were indicatived that: 5 agricultural demonstration park development level is uneven,the Lv Bo garden has the highest level of comprehensive development,Qun an Country’s development level in the second place.Henglan garden and Tanzhou Town’s comprehensive development level in third and fourth place,and South Agricultural Technology Demonstration Park has the lowest score of comprehensive development level.From the evaluation of each park’s sub-items,we found that the defective park is different,such as the Lv Bo garden in the park development level of science and technology still need to complement.Through the comprehensive evaluation of the park,a preliminary summary of this article we had made,which pointed out that facing the park planning unreasonable,capital investment mechanism is not perfect,lack of talents,agricultural science and technology popularization of agricultural science and technology,industrialization level and risk protection mechanism still needs to be improved etc.Then according to the corresponding problem that proposed by optimizing the level of overall planning,we had made some advices to promote the development of modern agricultural demonstration park in Zhongshan city,such as promoting agriculture funds multiple inputs,measures for the introduction of high technology,the innovation of agricultural management system and management mode.
