| China has a long history of agricultural civilization,and the development of agriculture has always been our basic industry,occupying a fundamental position in economic life.Now,China's agricultural development is in the transitional stage to modern agriculture,and the scale,technology and commercialization of agriculture are gradually advancing.Since 2009,in order to standardize and promote the development of modern agriculture,the Ministry of Agriculture has initiated the establishment of national modern agricultural demonstration zones.Up to now,three batches of 183 modern agricultural demonstration zones have been identified.Zhongmou County Modern Ecological Agriculture Demonstration Zone is one of the second batch of national modern agricultural parks recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture.The park is located in the center of Zhengzhou and Kaifeng.With the continuous acceleration of Zhengzhou-Bian integration,seamless connection of Zhengkai Avenue and successful operation of Zhengkai Intercity Railway,the formation of Zhengzhou-centered half-hour life circle is situated in the geographic coordinates of Zhengzhou City,capital of Henan Province,and Kaifeng City,the ancient capital of the Seven Dynasties,which makes Zhongmou National Agricultural Park in Zhongmou County increasingly prominent with its unique geographical advantages and good ecological agriculture development.Basic conditions and unique advantages.Strengthening the research on Zhongmou National Agricultural Park can not only correct the mistakes in the development of Zhongmou Modern Agricultural Park in time,but also provide reference for the development of modern agriculture in other areas.This research takes Zhongmou County National Agricultural Park as the research object,uses the comparative analysis method,the investigation research method and so on,carries on the analysis to Zhongmou County Modern Agricultural Demonstration Pa rk construction and the development present situation,the movement and the manage ment mechanism,the achievement effect and so on,points out Zhongmou County Mod ern Agricultural Demonstration Zone development existence Park financing difficulty,th e policy support insufficiency,the eco-agricultural product.There are some problems,su ch as weak brand advantage,short industrial chain and low added value,small integration between industries,difficulty in investment,scientific and technological innovation,an d lack of talent training.The reasons lie in the lack of investment platform leading to financing difficulties,inadequate government investment leading to lagging developmen t,lack of brand building concept leading to no brand advantage,industrial disconnectio n leading to imperfect industrial chain,and so on.Based on the above research,combi ned with the construction cases and Enlightenment of other modern agricultural demon stration zones in China,this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions to strengthe n the construction of modern agricultural demonstration zones,such as enhancing the a bility of attracting investment,giving full play to the government's macro-control functi ons,strengthening the construction and management of agricultural infrastructure,acceler ating the establishment of brand advantages,and expanding the new pattern of multi-f unctional integration.The National Modern Agricultural Demonstration Zone is the Pioneer Area of mo dern agricultural construction,which is conducive to further promoting the transformatio n of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Taking Zhongmou County Modern A gricultural Demonstration Zone as an example,this paper hopes to enrich and improve relevant theories,provide reference for the development of agricultural demonstration z ones,and promote the construction and management system of modern agricultural de monstration zones to be more perfect. |
