At present,comparing to the online shopping,the traditional retail enterprise is lack of convenience and publicity,and has been impact by the online shopping.But it also has the advantages in shopping experience and facilities,which the online shopping doesn't have.The online to offline business mode can combine the traditional retail enterprise and e-commerce,is a viable alternative transformation to traditional retail enterprise.So,to evaluate the risk level of the traditional retail enterprise under online to offline business mode has important theoretical significance,and can guide the transformation of the traditional retail enterprise.This paper first introduces the research background and significance,summarizes the research status and basic theory of online to offline business mode and risk management at home and abroad.Secondly,the research analyses the risk of traditional retail enterprise under online to offline business mode,finds the risk factors,and constructs the risk evaluation index system.Thirdly,considering the characteristics of risk evaluation index system,this paper chooses AHP-Fuzzy to evaluate the risk level of traditional retail enterprise under online to offline business mode.Finally,according to the current operating status and the actual data of A enterprise,this paper uses AHP-Fuzzy to do multistage fuzzy calculation.Through the analysis of evaluation results,it can verify the feasibility of the risk evaluation index system of the traditional retail enterprise under online to offline business mode,obtain the risk level of A enterprise,then give the recommendations.
