Study On Leisure Agriculture Promotes The Construction Of New Socialist Countryside

The construction of new socialist countryside which means new construction of the political,economic,cultural and ecological environment of the countryside in accordance with the requirements of China's social development under the current system of our country.Our objectives are: to narrow the gap between cities and rural areas,to promote the development of rural areas mainly in harmonious social environment,dynamic business environment and perfect supporting infrastructure.The construction of new socialist country is playing a strong fortress role for the development of agriculture,which is the primary industry in our country.It also plays a role in promoting the development of rural areas and providing a guarantee for the improvement of living standards of farmers.Speeding the construction pace of new countryside is an important task in China.Leisure agriculture which is aimed at providing a different life style from the city,uses the rural space,the natural ecological environment and the simple life style of famers'.Leisure agriculture has played a certain role in solving the problems of ” Three Rural Issues” in recent years—the agricultural status has been improved,the rural environment has been promoted,the living standard of farmers has been improved,and the gap between urban and rural areas has been narrowed.Through the actual surveys,the leisure agriculture,in a few years,has influence on economic,cultural,educational,social and ecological.Besides,it has same development requirements with the construction of the new socialist countryside.This paper seeks to clarify the relationship of them,researching the development of leisure agriculture to promote the construction of new socialist countryside issues.Firstly,using documentary analysis method focus on the documents literatures of the construction of new socialist countryside and the development of leisure agriculture,aims at clearing the background of the subject,research significance and purpose of research.Second,using the forces of production and relations of production,economic basis and superstructure,and Marxism on the principle of human needs to analysis the construction of new socialist countryside and the concept,basic theory of leisure agriculture,which means to provide theoretical basis to study the relationship between the new rural construction and leisure agriculture.This paper analyzes typical cases of promoting the development of leisure agriculture in Hebei province by empirical analysis.The conclusion is that the development of leisure agriculture promotes the development of regional economy,increases the farmers' income,improves the farmers' quality and cultural level,and makes the local ecological environment and infrastructure better,which has played a whole role in promoting the construction of the new rural areas.On the other hand,we should also recognize the existing problems during the development of leisure agriculture—the development scope isn't enough,dysfunction,low efficiency,weak driving force,the destruction of the ecological environment,security risk problems and other aspects—to analyze the existing problems and identify the resrtiction factors of the development of new rural construction.Finally,this paper uses the method of summary induction to analyze more pointed measures,including enhancing people's level of understanding of leisure agriculture,implementing various policies,strengthening the support,adjusting the industrial structure,attaching importance to the role of people and constructing the security development mechanism,which means to provide references for the construction of countryside and make the leisure agriculture having a healthy and fast development in the future.
