The Development Research Of Leisure Agriculture In The Countryside Of Tai’an

Leisure agriculture uses rural equipment and space, agricultural production sites, agricultural products, agricultural business activities, natural ecological and agricultural natural environment, the rural human resources, after planning and design, such as agriculture and the rural to play the leisure and tourism function, improve the populace to the rural and agricultural experience, enhance tourism quality, and to improve the farmer income, promoting rural development of a new agriculture. It has a great significance of promoting the development of new socialist countryside and urban-rural integration.This paper based on literature collection, analyzed the current domestic and international chief theoretical achievements on the development of leisure agriculture, reviews the domestic and international researches on it, summed up the concept of leisure agriculture and distinguished the differences among leisure agriculture, Agri-tourism, Rural Tourism, Farm Tourism to clarify the characteristics of leisure agriculture. This paper investigated the development of leisure agriculture in the countryside of Tai’ an, summarized its development modes and its traits and analysed its efficiency on economy, ecology and society. It figured out its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of leisure agriculture in the countryside of Tai’ an under the entire development environment with SWOT method. Finally, it proposed the measure of developing leisure agriculture in the countryside of Tai’ an on the basis of working on the principles of agriculture-oriented thoughts, government guidance, science regulation, resource integration and innovation mechanism and insisting on thoughts of scientific development and adaptation to local conditions. From above analysis, conclusions can be drawn as follows:(1).The development of leisure agriculture in countryside of Tai’ an has experienced the primary phase, the construction phase of modern agricultural science and technology model park and the multi-type development phase. It generated peasant-household tourism, Modern manor economy, large-scale scenic spot and folk ecotype.(2).The development of leisure agriculture in countryside of Tai’an has brought positive effects to Tai’an in the terms of economic, social and ecological benefits. Tourism revenue has been increased annually. The main body of tourism market has been gradually enlarged. These all enhanced the opportunities of labor employment. The tourism environment has been constantly improved, which promoted the construction of the agricultural infrastructure, the ecological and human living environment and the development of new socialist countryside.(3).Under the entire development environment of leisure agriculture in the countryside of Tai’an, with SWOT method, it figured out its strengths,-- location advantage, natural environment, tourism foundation and cultural heritage--, its weaknesses--be of government support, lateness of leisure agriculture, great limits and less exploration of agriculture resource--, its opportunities-- further enhancement of leisure agriculture, the government’s attention paid and the improvement of transportation facilities--, and its challenges-- leisure agriculture in surrounding cities, other tourism types, circulation of land--.(4).It proposed the measure of developing leisure agriculture in the countryside of Tai’an on the basis of working on the principles of agriculture-oriented thoughts, government guidance, science regulation, resource integration and innovation mechanism. The basic thoughts of further development of leisure agriculture in the countryside of Tai’an is that it is of great significance to insist on the guidance of the Scientific Outlook on Development, thoroughly carry out the spirit of the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, depend on the industrial bases of distinguished agriculture and green agriculture, vigorously develop distinguished leisure agricultural tourism region, build the development pattern of leisure agriculture and countryside tourism-- Climbing up Mt. Tai for tourism, Resting in suburb for recreation, with the goal of constantly increasing peasant’s job opportunity and income.(5).The development measures of leisure agriculture in the countryside of Tai’an is that the government should actively participate it and support it; measures should be adjusted to local conditions in layout planning; Multi-channel financing should be speeded up infrastructure construction; the management should be strengthened to improve the service quality; the thoughts should be improved to recognize development situation.
