Study On The Development Model Of Leisure Agriculture Park In Hebei Province

As a new form of leisure industry,leisure agriculture plays an important role in helping to adjust the structure of the agricultural industry,prosper the rural economy,and increase farmers' income.To study the development of leisure agriculture in Hebei Province,and help promote the adjustment of Hebei's agricultural industrial structure,promote farmers' employment,increase farmers' income,and provide experience and ideas for the development of leisure agriculture in Hebei Province.Through field research and interviews,this article mastered the basic situation of the development of leisure agricultural parks in Hebei Province,used literature research methods to study domestic and foreign leisure-related literature,and studied the status quo of development models of leisure agricultural parks in Hebei Province.The sampling method selected 55 star-rated leisure agricultural parks in Hebei Province and refined the three types of “farmer demonstration model”,“enterprise driven model” and “multi-partner cooperation model” in the development of leisure agriculture parks in Hebei Province.The definition and characteristics of each model are given,and 16 typical cases are selected for research.The advantages and problems of the three types of models are analyzed.Combining the characteristics of leisure agricultural park development,select 20 specific indicators from the six aspects of business scale,economic benefits,reception capacity,food and accommodation conditions,infrastructure,and brand building,apply AHP,and combine 2014-2017 According to statistical data,three types of evaluation indicators system for development patterns of leisure agricultural parks in Hebei Province were constructed.The evaluation results showed that the operating scale conditions had the most significant impact on the development of “peasant household demonstration type” parks;economic benefit conditions had the most impact on the development of “enterprise driven type” parks.Significantly;infrastructure conditions have the most significant impact on the development of “multi-partner cooperation” parks.Finally,the paper proposes countermeasures against the problems existing in the model.There are two innovations in this article: First,on the basis of an in-depth analysis of some typical cases in Hebei Province,the three types of development models of “agricultural household demonstration model”,“enterprise driven model”,and “multi-partner cooperation model” of leisure agriculture parks in Hebei Province have been refined..The second is to establish an evaluation index system of three types of development models for leisure agriculture parks in Hebei Province,and evaluate the development model of leisure agriculture parks in Hebei Province.
