| Lean production as named the TPS Toyota Production System,it estimated in 1950’s by Toyota Japan.As one of modern manufacturing management method,it has been recognizing and implementing in more and more companies all over the world.Through focusing on the waste elimination,cost reduction,quality and flexibility improvement,the companies are able to create and maintain the competitive advantage in the marketing.In recent years,lean production got very high attention in worldwide.Many universities,research institutions and large enterprises have been widely studied or application;But it has not been widely used in most medium and small enterprises for many reasons.Suzhou Fortema(FTM)Company is a private young small and medium-sized enterprises.Introduced the origins,development and continues improvement and application of Lean Manufacturing,and gave the explanation of Lean Manufacturing concepts and principles,With lean production theory in mind,writer of this thesis analyzed the problems and reasons in FTM company’s production and operation;evaluated their lean production process;and summarized their experience and lessons.It proved that the Lean Manufacturing can eliminate the wastes,control the cost,improved the management skills and competition capability by carrying out the Lean Manufacturing in FTM Company.Take this case as an example,the writer of this thesis tried to find some helpful rules and methods for applying lean production in medium and small enterprises. |
