Minor enterprises have to face high pressure from both diversified market demand and continuous cost-cutting. For the Manufacturing minor enterprises, the only way of their survival and development is implementing the lean production management concept, if they intend to remain an impregnable position in the intense market competition. The core of the lean production is to reduce waste and to set up efficient production management system. Combined with the author’s work experience in company Y, this paper study the lean manufacturing implementation plan, in order to implement lean production and build enterprise core competitive ability.This paper analyze the background,approach,method and effect evaluation of the lean production implementation of company Y, summarize the experience and shortage, and give suggestions for improvement, in order to help company Y with their production management in the future work. Due to the wide content coverage of the lean production, company Y establish their lean production management scheme with five aspects as site improvement, production layout modification, production process perfection, lean equipment management and quality management. As to the effect, company Y’s5S, production efficiency, delivery cycle, production cost, and product quality have gained a certain degree of improvement. Some difficulties and shortages certainly emerge and grow in the implementing process. This paper analyzes these problems and proposes several innovative suggestions based on the lean production theory. |
