Study On The Tax Information Construction Of The County Government

Informationization is the process which the economic and social development from relying on material and energy is given priority to,gradually transformed into relying on information and knowledge is given priority to.Tax information in China began in 1983,the tax authorities at all levels comply with the trend of The Times and strengthen tax information construction constantly.After 30 years of continuous development,the tax authorities revolve around the core business of tax collection administration closely,supported by information technology,accelerating the pace of informatization construction.Compared with other government departments,it presents the start early in the informatization construction,the development of fast,effective development situation,refreshing the overall level of the tax work constantly.However,in recent years,with the further development of tax information,the state put further forward and new requirements to the state tax revenue work,and the expect of taxpayers becomes higher.Objectively speaking,compared with the developed countries,there are still some weak link in our country’s taxation informatization construction.There is still a long way to go.In this paper,it explores the tax information of our country by using relevant theories of public management,studying and drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign research results,and start from the background significance,research status at home and abroad,theoretical basis.By combining with the practice of the grass-roots tax department informationization,it analysis further about the existing problems and the reasons in the development of our county informationization,and tries to put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,in order to improve the efficiency of tax collection,law-based for tax,promote economic and social development to provide reference for our county tax departments.With the author’s own work experience,through the analysis of the status quo of jinyun county tax information,the existing problems that I sum up in the development of our county land tax information construction are as follows: insufficient knowledge is not enough,lack of talents in the information construction,safety system is not perfect,lack of overall planning in the information construction,the lack of relevant laws and regulations.Under the realistic basis and theoretical guidance,the author through the analysis of the cause of the tax information construction problems,put forward the idea of change tax authorities at all levels and personnel,improve the local tax personnel quality,strengthen tax team construction,improve the laws and regulations,to promote the integration of tax collection and administration information,improve the countermeasures,such as information security system,to solve the problems existing in the informatization construction of local tax collection and administration,and promote the further development of the tax work.
