| With the continuous development of China’s life insurance industry and the life insurance market,the management of life insurance companies is more and more specialized and refined.In life insurance companies’ management,human control is particularly important.A set of scientific and easy-to-implement team performance appraisal system will not only greatly exert the potential of management cadres at all levels,but also can maximize the mobilization of their subjective initiative.And now the vast majority of life insurance companies have all kinds of defects on the team performance appraisal system,which leads to the difficult situation of the life insurance industry to keep people difficult,difficult to use.CL life insurance company is no exception.Problems of its team performance appraisal system are as follows:(1)overstressing individual performance while weaken team awareness;(2)not aligned to the company’s strategic goal;(3)too simple performance indicators;(4)insufficient emphasis on improving employees’ competence;(5)imperfect appraisal mechanism;(6)not enough positive incentive mechanism;(7)lack of feedback system;(8)lack of punishment mechanism.Taking CL life insurance company as an example,this thesis discusses problems in its team performance appraisal system and comes to some suggestions.Its purpose is to optimization the performance appraisal system of CL life insurance company so as to make it more objectively and accurately,and gradually improve the behavior of employees,mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff,thus to create more economic benefits for the company. |
