Insurance comes into being when the market economy develops to a certain stage.Now,it has become an important part of the world economy.Since the reform and opening up,insurance has gradually developed from scratch,from small to large,from if to strong,achieving a leap forward development.In recent years,with the gradual increase of social risks and the increase of market subjects,group insurance is more and more popular.In a literal sense,group insurance is a kind of insurance specially established for government organs,enterprises,institutions and social organizations.Through independent communication and exchange with government agencies,enterprises and institutions,and social organizations,insurance companies formulate corresponding insurance project services on the basis of equality and mutual benefit,so as to provide reasonable insurance services for employees and group members of enterprises and institutions.In the early stage of group projects,the market targets are mainly government agencies,enterprises and institutions,as well as some high-risk industries.But with the gradual expansion of market demand,at this stage,its service objects have gradually expanded to large-scale private enterprises,as well as some social groups,and obtained better market feedback.The object of group insurance is not an individual,its demand is generally more personalized,and the combination of insurance types is relatively complex.This requires insurance companies to have a strong pertinence in product design,and a complete system scheme in service guarantee to meet the needs of customers.At the same time,according to the changing market demand,we should gradually explore and enrich the product projects,which can always meet the needs of customers.In the marketing of group insurance,team building is very important.Taking group insurance marketing team of Rb branch as an example,this paper analyzes the differences between group marketing team and other insurance marketing teams.Through the analysis and research,it is found that the marketing team of group insurance needs more effective communication means,more acute perception of the market,at the same time,it must have strong business execution ability,and even cross department and cross type marketing ability and experience,and on the basis of the above-mentioned ability,it is necessary to provide group customers with better service from its competitors.On the basis of summing up the previous research results and practical investigation,this paper points out that the construction of group insurance team needs many efforts.On the one hand,team members must have strong learning desire and learning ability,and constantly improve the knowledge structure and business ability of individuals and the whole team through independent learning,so as to keep pace with the times.On the other hand,the leadership of the marketing team must have strong leadership,business ability,control ability and personality charm,be able to unite and lead the whole group,expand the sales network,strengthen the business brand,and realize the great progress of the whole team.Of course,the most important thing is to have the company's strong support to launch the most competitive insurance in the market.In a word,the marketing team of group insurance should not only have a high theoretical literacy,but also have a strong practical ability.It should not only be able to find the potential market demand and potential customers,but also understand marketing and be good at public relations.Finally,combined with the personal practical work experience and research results,this paper points out the problems and deficiencies in the construction of group insurance marketing team in Rb branch,probes into the causes of the problems,and puts forward a targeted and scientific and reasonable solution,in order to provide some reference for the construction of group insurance marketing team in Rb branch,and help the enterprise to become bigger and stronger.
