Research On The Construction Of The Monitoring And Management System For The Operation Of LC Power Supply Companies

With the development of Big Data, cloud computing and Internet of Things, the big data has become the most important thing of the country's strategy. Although LC Power Supply Company has a series of reforms, there are still some problems, such as high operational risk, low economic efficiency, information asymmetry, lack of coordination. That has become an important issue how we can do the internal supervision and controls with the big data. So LC Power Supply Company has tried to do the operation monitoring management with the big data.In this paper, we mainly talk about the construction of the Operation Monitoring Management System, basing on Control Theory, Data Theory, Synergy Theory and Risk Theory. We try to find the conjunction point between the theory and the fact by using documentary study. And then, we find the problems and reasons in the Operation Monitoring Management in LC Power Supply Company by using field survey method. We ask for other departments' advice by using Delphy method. We put forward to the ways construct the Operation Monitoring Management System. We summarize the effect of this management system and the ways of deepen and broaden the monitor.In our opinion, LC Power Supply Company should construct the Operation Monitoring Management System, with high ability monitoring subject, comprehensive coverage monitoring context. So we can help the leaders make decisions. We can also help other departments do specialized management. According to this paper, we can find the new ways to do the internal control.And we can also find the ways to solve the problems in the Operation Monitoring Management in order to help the power supply companies enhance operation efficiency and avoid risk.
