| The substation operation and maintenance room of L power supply company is facing the situation that there is fewer person and more transformer substation after the optimization and adjustment of 220 KV transformation operation and inspection mode.However,the application of advanced performance management theory in L power supply company still lacks practical experience and innovation consciousness.This requires active attitude,innovation of working methods,design of performance management system and stimulation of employees’ working potential.Under the premise of safe and stable operation of power grid,the working capacity will be further improved.Aiming at the current application of performance management in the substation operation and maintenance room of L power supply company,this paper carried out effective diagnosis and analysis,studied the business organization and performance management status of the substation operation and maintenance room,and carefully analyzed the problem existing in the process of performance management in the substation operation and maintenance room.Combining with the strategic objectives of the substation operation and maintenance room,this paper elaborated the advantages of the key performance indicators method,and put forward the idea of improving the application of KPI decomposition method to analyze organizational performance evaluation indicators.Using the analysis method of key performance indicators,starting from the strategic objectives of the department,the performance evaluation indicators of the substation operation and maintenance department,team(full-time office)and staff are separately decomposed.And in order to ensure that the performance management system of the designed substation operation and maintenance room can be effectively implemented,the safeguard measures are further clarified.In this paper,the theory and method of key performance indicators and factor judgment are used to optimize the performance management system of substation operation and maintenance room.It not only adapts to the development strategy,but also establishes a set of performance management system which is standardized,reasonable,operational and highly motivated. |
