With the reform and opening up,economic development,to improve the level of foreign exchange,the development of the tourism industry has been booming.With the entry of foreign capital hotel,the rise of the new shortcut hotel,the hotel industry competition is increasingly fierce.To formulate scientific and effective marketing strategy,is to improve the competitiveness of the hotel,the most effective way to obtain economic benefits.In this paper,by adopting the combination of theoretical research and empirical research methods,combined with the trend of the development of hotel industry,the marketing strategy of Bocom's Conference Center(Wuxi)related research and discussion.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter: Introduction.This chapter study of selected topic background and significance,research ideas,research methods,this paper studies the derivation technique route and thesis structure.The second chapter:The market marketing related theory were reviewed.The SWOT analysis model are introduced,the STP marketing strategy,the PEST environment analysis of the three theoretical model,lay theoretical foundation for the later.The third chapter: Bocom's Conference Center(Wuxi)marketing strategy analysis of the status quo.This chapter presents the basic situation of Bocom's Conference Center(Wuxi)and the present marketing strategy,and analyzes the problems existing in the current marketing strategy,summarizes the achievement and prospects.The fourth chapter: Bocom's Conference Center(Wuxi)marketing environment analysis,this chapter respectively for Bocom's Conference Center(Wuxi)macroscopic environment and microcosmic environment is analyzed,and using the SWOT method to the hotel's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats for detailed analysis.The fifth chapter: based on the STP analysis of Bocom's Conference Center(Wuxi)marketing strategy implementation safeguard.This chapter embarks from the market segmentation,target market,market positioning,target market of Bocom's Conference Center(Wuxi)and further clear market positioning.For Bocom's Conference Center(Wuxi)of the marketing strategy and marketing strategy implementation expounded respectively,and the guarantee to create high-quality service brand,increase the hotel's profitability and implementation plan.Through study of Bocom's Conference Center(Wuxi)marketing strategy is advantageous to the hotel from the Angle of higher and further develop the marketing strategy.In this paper,we study pay attention to the combination of theory with practice,can make Bocom's Conference Center(Wuxi)more clearly,scientific analysis of the environment and existing problems,and to guide the scientific and orderly business activity.
