Affected by the increasing use of the Internet,the insurance industry is consistently evolving and is now facing a new opportunity in the internet insurance market.With increasing natural disasters,aged population and other factors,people are becoming more concerned about the safety of their lives and properties,and are gradually realizing the importance of various types of insurance products.Under fierce competition in the current insurance industry,how to capture this group of potential clients and make a significant breakthrough in the internet insurance market is one of the most challenging questions for all insurance companies seeking for growth.Improving the core competencies is crucial in order for an insurance company to survive in today's market and customers,the reason why the whole insurance industry exists,are the key.Therefore,how to improve customer satisfaction is now the focus of all insurance companies.This essay starts with the overview of the supply and demand in the insurance market,then analyzes on the current condition of the internet insurance market and its existing issues,incorporates SWOT analysis to indicate the strength,weakness,opportunities and threats of the internet insurance market comparing to the traditional insurance market,references to the internationally published research papers,concludes on the factors affecting the satisfaction levels of the internet insurance customers,and introduces a hypothesis based on factors such as products,industries,clients,service,and confidentiality.Then through questionnaire survey to obtain relevant data at the same time,using the regression analysis to verify hypothesis,and build structural equation for each dimension principal component analysis,using the maximum likelihood estimation method of path analysis,quantitative analysis to the results to verify this hypothesis.At last,the essay recommends on the strategies of improvements as follows for change implementation to ensure healthy growth of the internet insurance segment and improve customer satisfaction: Product development mode based on customer demand as the core,improve the system of online customer service,introduce customer insurance education system,optimize the construction of information technology systems and credit reporting interactive platform,improve mutual supervision mechanism between the clients and insurance companies.
