Analysis On Characteristics And Spatial-Temporal Evolution Of New Urbanization In Anhui Province

"Traditional" urbanization has promoted the rapid development of local economy,but the development efficiency of urbanization is low,regional development is uncoordinated,the gap between urban and rural development is further widened,and resources and environment are over-consumed.Anhui urbanization development is also the same.The new urbanization is not only the goal of urbanization,but also the realistic requirement of the present urbanization development.Therefore,taking the connotation of new urbanization as the main line and standard,it is very important to analyze the spatial and temporal characteristics of urbanization and the quality improvement of urbanization in Anhui Province.Firstly,the paper compares the traditional urbanization with the new urbanization,and points out that the connotation of the new urbanization should be divided into five dimensions: people-oriented,connotative development,regional coordinated development,economy,society and so on.This paper analyzes the characteristics of new urbanization with the connotation of new urbanization,establishes the urbanization quality index system based on the connotation,combines the objective weighting method and the subjective weighting method into the combined weighting method,and calculates the urbanization index with a more accurate index weight Quality Score.Secondly,according to the economic development data of Anhui Province,the urbanization quality score of each city in Anhui Province was calculated and analyzed in time and space.The results showed that the cities with high overall urbanization quality in Anhui in 2005-2014 Huai’an,Huainan,Chuzhou,Xuancheng,Chizhou,Anqing,Huangshan six cities of the overall quality of urbanization living in the city of Huaihe,Tongzhou,Maanshan,Wuhu;The urbanization quality score of 2005-2014,using arma method to forecast the urbanization quality score of cities in Anhui Province from 2015 to 2017,the results show that there are three trends of urbanization quality score: increase,decrease and fluctuation Tongzhou,Ma’anshan,Bozhou;the cities with fluctuating scores are Huaibei,Fuyang,Lu’an,Anqing and the cities of Huai’an,Huainan,Chuzhou,Xuancheng,Chizhou and Wuhu,and the cities with rising urbanization quality include Suzhou,Bengbu,Huangshan.Finally,through the analysis of the urbanization forecast scores,the factors influencing the urbanization quality improvement in the urbanization development of Anhui province from 2005 to 2014 are analyzed with the future trend of the urbanization.reference.First of all,through the establishment of mathematical model to calculate the human-centered,connotative development,regional coordinated development,"multi-dimensional" goal of coordinated development of urbanization quality score for the contribution rate,the results showed: different impact factors for different cities urbanization quality development direction and Degree are different.Facing the current situation and problems of urbanization in Anhui Province,the development of new urbanization in Anhui Province should adhere to the development of people-oriented,improve the level of connotation development,accelerate the process of urban and rural integration,and actively promote the coordination of multi-dimensional objectives.
