The Research On The Influence Of New Urbanization To Income Gap Between Urban And Rural Areas In Anhui

Urbanization has been the focus of economic development since urbanization was proposed.Traditional urbanization is too requirements of population transfer,and the transfer ignored the quality of national lives and development of urban and rural integration.there was uneven development and enlarging income gap between urban-rural residents.The Central Committee propose the "National New Urbanization Planning(2014-2020)" for the new urbanization development in 2014.The plan of new urbanization consider many factors,such as development of urban and rural integration,income gap between urban-rural residents.The main purpose of the new urbanization is reduce income gap between urban-rural residents,and development of urban and rural integration.Anhui province is the first batch of new urbanization development demonstration area.The new urbanization impact on urban and rural residents income gap the new urbanization development of urban and rural residents income gap research has certain representative action.The study of new urbanization impact on urban and rural residents income gap in Anhui province is typical.This paper firstly discuss the mechanism of new urbanization and income gap between urban-rural residents based on the review of related theory on new urbanization and income distribution and key from the threshold effect and unbalanced effect of new urbanization.Then,combining with the existing measure,this paper measures new urbanization level and income gap between urban-rural residents Anhui province,and also carry on the descriptive analysis combined the basic situation of Anhui province.This paper constructs Vector autoregressive model(VAR)and studies the specific influence of new urbanization and economic growth to income gap between urban-rural residents areas in Anhui respectively on the basis of theoretical analysis and measure analysis used the relevant data from 1980--2014 years of Anhui.Co-integration analysis shows that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship among new urbanization,economic growth and income gap between urban-rural residents areas in Anhui;Impulse response analysis shows that new urbanization and economic growth to income gap between urban-rural residents areas in Anhui is Increase before they fade away.in long term,new urbanization and economic growth is beneficial to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents;variance decomposition method analysis shows the impact of the new urbanization to income gap between urban and rural residents is increasing trend,it is demonstrated that the new urbanization are the main factors of income gap between urban and rural residents.Compared with the new urbanization,the urban population of developing significant positive effect on the income gap between urban and rural residents,stabilizing influence on the income gap appears after risingtrend,to the trend stabilized of the first 7,indicating that the long-term development of new urbanization in favor further expansion of the income gap between urban and rural residents.This paper constructs variable coefficient panel model and variable intercept model panel and studies the specific influence of new urbanization and economic growth to income gap between urban-rural residents areas in Anhui respectively on the basis of theoretical analysis and measure analysis used the panel data from 2000--2014 panel data of 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province.The study shows that: economic growth of Anhui various regional have exacerbated the income gap between urban and rural residents to expand,but There are many differences between influence degree in various regional of anhui;new urbanization of Anhui various regional has been beneficial to reduce the income gap between urban and rural residents,but There are many differences between influence degree in various regional of anhui;Finally,according to the analysis of specific empirical results,this paper,based on the perspective of new urbanization,gives targeted policy suggestions to ease the income gap between urban and rural areas further widened in Anhui.
