Research On The Supervision Mode Of Industrial And Commercial Administration Market

Since the late 1970's,with the continuous development of reform and opening,market economy gradually replaced planned economy,and became the main force of national economic form.How to well deal the relationship between the government market became the top issue that need to be considered in reform of the economic system,which also promoted the transformation of government functions from"management-oriented" to "service-oriented".If China want to have a leg up in the global economic competition,how to finish the transformation of government functions smoothly and safely becomes an important topic that urgently need to be thought about.With the transformation of functions,Chinese government continuously performed some exploration,adjustment,reform and innovation on management system and supervising pattern of industrial and commercial administrative department in recent years,but due to some reasons,there are still many contradictions and problems in the field of market supervision in current industrial and commercial administrative department.Therefore,this paper takes the transformation of government functions and reform of market supervising pattern of industrial and commercial administrative department as research objects.This paper is divided into four chapters:Chapter one,mainly states theory for market supervision of industrial and commercial administrative department;Chapter Two,states evolution about market supervising pattern of industrial and commercial administrative department;Chapter Three,analyzes advantages and existing problems of market supervision of industrial and commercial administrative department of Liaoyang;Chapter Four,put forwards countermeasures about perfecting the market supervising pattern of industrial and commercial administrative department based on the transformation of government functions.Finally draws a conclusion:in the situation of comprehensively deepening reform and expediting the transformation of government functions,industrial and commercial administrative department should seize the opportunity to play functional advantages,comprehensively implement streamline administration and institute decentralization,reinforce the supervising patter that combined with law-based administration and administrative guidance,and focus on intensifying team construction to contribute to the development of market economy and stable order.
