The Study Of Open Economy In Ethnic Frontier Regions Under The Background Of "Belt And Road"

The border ethnic areas are economically weak areas in China.During a long peroid,the focus of its strategic positioning is to maintain security in the border areas and to maintain unity and stability of all ethnic groups.Although the national policy tilts,but most of its commitment is to improve infrastructure,support and solve the border practical difficulties in production and daily life.As "The Belt and Road" strategy proposed and implemented,the frontier minority areas become an important strategic fulcrum,become the frontier of the new pattern of open economy in our country,as well as the gateway and the link between China and many neighborhood countries,has the unique status and important role in the strategy.To take "The Belt and Road" strategic opportunities,frontier minority areas should give full play of its advantages,firmly grasp the strategic opportunity,implement a more proactive opening-up policy,strengthen interaction and cooperation with neighboring countries and other provinces of our country,and to raise the overall level of the open economy,it is urgent to solve these problems.Under the background of "The Belt and Road" strategy,firstly,this study summarizes the opportunities and challenges "The Belt and Road" strategy brings to open border ethnic areas based on the analysis of related domestic and foreign literature and related theories.Secondly,this study analyzed the foundation of frontier minority areas opening economy development from the aspects of economic foundation,factor endowment and infrastructure,and analyzed the environment of frontier minority areas opening economy development from the aspects of location,policy environment,human environment.Furthermore,this paper analyzed the development status of the open economy in frontier minority areas,and with a comparative analysis of East,Middle,West areas and the average level of China,this study summarized problems existed in the frontier minority areas open economy development.At the same time,this study used empirical analysis methods,constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system on the aspect of economic base,factor endowments,infrastructure and geographical environment,moreover,this study calculated and analyzed the comprehensive score of each region;on the other hand,we constructed econometric model,and analysis the influence the open economy developing foundation and environment cast on open economy in frontier minority areas;finally,based on the present status and problems of open economy developing in frontier areas,we put forward some suggestions on the open economy developing in frontier minority area combined with the "The Belt and Road" strategy,.
