Open is the important approach and prime power of economic development. The open between regions and countries has been existing since the appearance of merchandise exchange. Nowadays,with the economic globalization and regional economic integration becoming deeper,the economic relation& cooperation between regions also become stronger. Every region can not obtain any development in the state of isolation. So,many economists recognize open as an important theme,and developing open economy become the main aim of regions. Our country has put forward the aim of developing open economy definitely. Open economy is very harmonizing and has a higher developing degree achieved through free,broad and in-depth intercommunion based open. Open economy possess strong ability of independent innovation and development. Its economic system and running mechanism are all-sided. But the theory discussion about open economy and open regional economy is so little home and abroad,and the academic system of open regional economy has not formed.The dissertation analyzes the meaning and motivation of open economy by utilizing the theories and methods of regional economics,open economics,system science,and so on,discusses several theories on open regional economy primarily,and makes great efforts to constitute a theory research frame.The dissertation consists of eleven parts,including the introduction,the conclusion and the body of 9 chapters.The introduction analyzes the backdrop of theme selection,the significance,the research actuality,the main content,the research methods and technical route.In Chapter One,the author reviews and evaluates the related theories,including regional economics classical theory,open economics theory,and system science theory,which will be the reference of the dissertation.In Chapter Two,the open economy and open regional economy are defined.
