Research On The Construction Of Sino Russian Trade Promotion System Under The Perspective Of Economic Institution

Sino-Russian has a long history about the economic and trade relations,early in the 17th century,the two governments had developed the relations in trade.In the long process of 60 years,owing to different political,economic,ideological,and their interest demands,the development of bilateral economic and trade relations of the twists and turns,but on the whole trade volume increasing.Especially since 2012,with the gradual deepening of Sino-Russian friendly relations between international trade volume growth trend is particularly evident.Since coincides Chairman Xi Jinping "One belt,one road" to build the implementation of the national strategy and the proposed "economic corridor in Mongolia and Russia," So how to better to developing the bilateral foreign trade,promoting the rapid implementation of the national strategy to becoming the current hot Issues.Therefore,this article will select the economic system factor as the starting point,to study the dynamic relationship between the quality of economic institutions and trade flows between the two countries then building economic system for the perspective of Sino-Russian trade promotion system.Firstly,according to building economic institution quality index system,analytic hierarchy process on the quality of China and the world economic system,the average level of assessment and comparative analysis,found that the gap between the quality of China's economic system and the sub-indices of the world average;secondly by means of multiple linear regression and time sequence combined model of China's economic system quality empirical research and the Sino-Russian trade flows,derived degree of influence on the quality of the economic system of the Sino-Russian trade flows.Finally,we conclude with the revelation,combining conclusions to put forward effective countermeasures.In this paper,by using comparative analysis,as well as a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods and literature research,through the relevant indicators for empirical datas analysis to identify the dynamic relationship between the quality of economic systems and trade flows between China and Russia,then to draw concrete conclusions,and proposing effective Suggestions.
