| The "Silk Road Economic Belt" in recent years has attracted close attention in the world.This paper focuses on the research of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and its influence on the Chinese-Russian economic relations.The first chapter of the paper treats the main aspects of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" project and the Investment Potential of China,and also analyzes the main reasons for the implementation of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" from a Russian point of view.Then this paper describes the history and current state of Chinese-Russian economic cooperation,including in the Soviet-early period of Chinese-Russian diplomatic relations,and also studies address issues of the modern Chinese-Russian trading system,Chinese-Russian energy cooperation and Sino-Russian investment.This chapter also addresses the problems of Chinese-Russian cooperation.The third chapter describes the basic view of the "Silk Road Economic Belt"project.The Russian government,the Russian scientific community and the Russian media have certain opinions and assessments.The forth chapter deals with the issues and challenges of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" for Russia,including issues of Chinese-Russian competition in the Central Asian region,as well as transport issues in the construction of the project,economic and transport costs,the risks of investing in infrastructure.Most of challenges related to Russian politician,economic and social risks.Than the paper discusses the challenges and opportunities of the "Silk Road Economic Belt",the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the Eurasian Economic Union.Researchers of different views of China and Russia on the "Silk Road Economic Belt" new development prospects achieved by the Shanghai Cooperation Organization,as well as problems and methods of pairing with the"Eurasian Economic Union".Finally,I will try to explain the possibility of the "Silk Road Economic Belt"to promote Chinese-Russian economic cooperation,as well as strategic partnership at the new stage and prospects for economic relations and cooperation between China and Russia. |
