Since the 21 th century,and the rapid development of rural commercial bank,after years of exploration and research,develop rural commercial bank.In essence,is a local Banks,rural commercial bank and the economic development is different due to different region,so the development of the rural commercial bank also have different size.The deep integration of global finance has intensified the competition in banking.Due to the unification and homogeneity of financial products,The financial policy of our country constantly changing,the main competitions in banking have centered on the alienation of target market and marketing ability.Ordos rural commercial bank as a local bank has made a bigger development in local,own the firm competitive advantage,and occupy a certain market share,but because of the quantity of ordos city financial institutions as well as the overall economic situation is bad,ordos rural commercial bank in the market competitiveness and expand market share and obtain the long-term development and so on are facing huge threats and challenges.Basing on the analysis of the Regional environment and industry environment of Erdos Rural Commercial Bank facing,as well as the SWOT analysis tools,the company’s main competitors were analyzed and compared,and a detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the Bank of Lanzhou,opportunities and threats facing;Based on the Bank of Lanzhou competitive product strategy,pricing strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy.Erdos Rural Commercial Bank marketing strategy implementation in terms of culture,talent,organization,technology safeguards.To sum up,for ordos rural commercial bank,reform is imperative.Erdos Rural Commercial Bank have been pushed to the crucial turning point of reform.The successful turning,which is from traditional passive marketing to the active marketing with a spirit of the time,and from assisting county economic development to stimulating county economic growth,lies in to design a whole set of marketing strategies.
