The popularity and use of the Internet lay the technological foundation for the rapid development of e-commerce,and e-commerce as a product of the combination of modern information technology and economic activity,has been widely penetrated into all areas of social and economic life,and changed the traditional way of trading mode and circulation technology.As we can see,it has exerted a profound impact on value creation process.In March 2015,Prime Minister Li Keqiang put forward the "Internet plus" action plan,providing policy framework for Internet penetration to other areas.At the same time,coping with the challenge of a new round of technological revolution and the implementation of "Re-industrialization" construction in the developed countries,also provide a reference to transform and upgrade the China's manufacturing efficiency and quality.In May 2015,the State Council issued the "Chinese manufacturing 2025" action plan,providing the guidance and support for the development of China's "Internet plus manufacturing".Under the "Internet plus" background,through theoretical analysis and quantitative description,this paper explored the influence of e-commerce application level on value creation process,and draws the following conclusions.Firstly,through theoretical analysis,this paper found that the application of e-commerce has a direct effect on the circulation process,which can shorten the circulation time,reduce the circulation costs,and significantly improve the efficiency of the circulation process.Meanwhile,the embedding on the purchase and sales stage,could reduce the reserve time of production elements,update the mode of production,indirectly affect the production process,and thus play a positive role to optimize the entire value creation process.Secondly,through the status analysis and descriptive statistical analysis,this paper found that the current website penetration rate of Chinese enterprises is higher,but the extent of the application is still shallow.What is more,the e-commerce application level of highend equipment manufacturing industry,which was the study sample in Chapter Four,is still in the stage of rapid development.The majority of the listed firms focus only on e-commerce application in terms of information dissemination,seldom use it in the collaborative services.Thirdly,through empirical test,this paper found that the listed firms which focus and emphasis on e-commerce application in terms of information release in the high-end equipment manufacturing industry,have saved the costs of product promotion and information searching,improved the visibility,and significantly increased the efficiency of customer management and product sales.In addition,the e-commerce application in terms of customer service could reduce the waste of pure circulation costs,in the long run,it will have a positive impact on value creation process.While in the short term,the large-scale investment on e-commerce application may result in the high cost and poor performance.Finally,under the e-commerce environment,the upstream,medium-stream and downstream associated with each other,can take advantage of the synergy to obtain higher efficiency.But in the reality,the e-commerce application in terms of strategic synergy is still in the initial stage,which can play some roles,but due to the development is not comprehensive enough to achieve broader synergies,so the effect of financial value is not significant.This article suggests the China's listed firms in high-end equipment manufacturing industry,under the guidance of national policies,such as "Chinese manufacturing 2025" and "Internet plus",cultivate the innovative thinking,and adjust and optimize the value creation process actively,focus on both the basic information and the collaborative strategy,make full use of the Internet resources in interactive cooperation and effective communication,coordinate the information release and receive,strengthen the cooperation with partners,grasp the market information timely,to further enhance the level of operational efficiency and value creation,and promote the entire high-end equipment manufacturing industry,and even the whole manufacturing industries,towards a new future.
