| Camellia oleifera is our country a peculiarly woody edible oil tree, planting and cultivation has a history of more than 2300 years, widely distributed in the Yangtze River Valley of Hunan, Jiangxi, Guangxi, and to the south of the 14 provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities), total planting area of about 4500 acres, Camellia oleifera seed annual output of about 100 million tons, annual output of tea oil about 26 million tons. Tea oil in addition to for direct consumption, can also processed into hair care, medicine and chemical industry, glass manufacturing, feed, pesticides and other high value-added products, since the founding of new China, due to various reasons, tea industry has been the development of fast. With the improvement of living standards and people's pursuit of healthy life, the value of camellia oil has gradually been found. In recent years, the state and Camellia planting place attaches great importance to the healthy development of camellia oil industry, has introduced a number of policies to support industrial development, greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of the community to develop tea industry.Linli county is an important base for Camellia cultivation in Hunan province and its camellia industry has a certain representative. Firstly, this paper expounded many theory, mainly including industrial structure theory, regional leading industries theory, agriculture industrialization theory, sustainable development theory, then analyzed the current development of Linli County's tea industry comprehensively. Secondly, it illustrated the tea industry opportunities faced Hunan Linli County, and analyzed comparative advantage of Linli County tea industry. Then the main problem encountered in the development of tea industry was systematic analyzed. Finally, this paper put forward policy recommendations and measures:increasing production levels; strengthening technical services and prompting the scale of operation; cultivating specialty brands and enhancing the overall efficiency; strengthening market supervision and improving objective assessment; regulating incentives to support and strengthening policy support. |
