The Fifth Plenary Session of the party's eighteen stressed that, to achieve the goal of "the thirteenth five" period development, we must firmly establish and effectively implement the basic concepts of "innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing". Among them, the "innovation" is placed in the most core position, becoming the first of the five basic concepts. So, with China's economic development entering a new normal, scientific and technological innovation become the new driving force for economic growth, and the transformation of achievements in scientific research is to promote "technological innovation" and "economic growth" is combined with the key link and the last mile. But transformation of scientific research achievements in our country still exist many restricted factors, especially for the higher education sector and the agricultural scientific research subject of agricultural colleges and universities, their agricultural science and technology achievements transformation rate is very low.In view of this, by using the literature research, case studies and qualitative research methods,this thesis discusses the main mode of transformation of scientific research achievements in agricultural universities, issue of restricting factors and suggestions, obtaining the followingfindings:First, according to the degree of interaction between the university and the social environment, the transformation of agricultural universities' scientific research achievementspresents different patterns.Secondly, there are still many constraints on the research achievements' transformation. These factors may come from the internal university, also may come from outside the university, but also relate to the agricultural research' characteristics.Thirdly, under the guidance of the synergy theory, we should integratethe internal and external factors of agricultural universities, and ultimately accelerate the transformation of agricultural universities' scientific research achievements.
